Peter Thompson P.Eng, Associate
Peter is an experienced senior consultant and project manager. His areas
of application expertise include work management, business process integration and
transformation. His consulting assignments have included system and operational
reviews and organizational assessments. He was also engaged for seven months in
1997 as Interim Information Systems Manager, Community Services Group, for the City
of Vancouver, to implement the recommendations of his consulting study and assist
in the selection of the permanent manager.
Recent engagements include: Risk assessment with a major food retail and distribution
organisation in Vancouver; including reviewing software, hardware, equipment and
facilities in locations throughout the province, and the impact of supply chain
partners and stakeholders. He also completed a review and risk assessment project
and provided management support for planning and budgeting in a Vancouver area Health
Region. This project identified areas of strengths and weaknesses in the current
program and provided recommendations to upgrade the organisation to address these
issues.
Peter is an outstanding senior consultant, with excellent management and presentation
skills. He has a unique insight into business risks and implications of technology
issues, specifically operational issues and supply chain implications.
He has extensive experience with senior executive coaching and specialises in financial,
risk, and organizational behaviour modelling and enabling the implementation of

Ann Brown MA., Associate
Ann holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University.
She consults, facilitates and coaches organizations to align their culture and operations
with their vision and strategic goals.
Ann works with leadership teams to create a sustainable and innovative business
environment with a focus on continuous learning. She has an extensive background
in organizational development and information technology and has been responsible
for implementing key client business and systems transformation initiatives.
Clients industries include high tech, education, engineering and reforestation,
food manufacturing, public sector and local government, and non-profit organizations.
Ann is an experienced facilitator, she conducts in depth planning, problem solving
and team development workshops.
Guy Mousseau B.Sc., Associate
Guy is an experienced consultant and project manager. Guy has over 20 years
experience in the Information Technology field, and has excellent communication
and management skills. He has an extensive background in Information Technology
management and implementation. He has extensive experience in managing and implementing
PC and LAN/WAN network systems on a variety of assignments, including small businesses
and large multi-site organizations.
His recent consulting assignments have included managing software development, and
PC and network assessment/remediation projects, upgrades and rollouts. He has developed
the master and detailed project plans for NT Server network migrations for several
major clients, (state and province wide organizations).
He has experience with implementation projects at a major Canadian multi-national
corporation and also for the Department of National Defense. Both projects involved
configuring, upgrading, and installing new PC hardware and software and were successfully
completed on time and within budget. Guy recently led a gap requirements analysis
and specification for an ERP implementation at a food processing and distribution
company.
Bill Stephen, I.S.P., Associate
Bill holds a provincially recognized Information Systems Professional designation
and has over twenty years of IT experience in the public and private sector in BC.
He has broad business and deep technology skills encompassing strategic planning,
business methods study and analysis, information systems design and development,
applications systems management, computer network design and management, computer
systems operations and help desk management. He is a respected, trusted and successful
IT professional with a track record providing sound practical advice and business
and technical direction on the implementation of information technology.
As a consultant and project manager with LGS Group, Bill worked with and delivered
solutions, guidance and technology advice to SFU, PharmaSave National, BC Hot House
Foods, Future Shop, BC Gas, Family Insurance Group, Mutual Exchange International
and BC Liquor Distribution Branch.
Bill has also held management and senior technical positions with the Centre for
Education Information Standards and Services, Consortium for Administrative Systems
Development, WesTel Telecommunications, BC InfoHealth and BC Health Association.
Barry Wilks, MBA, Associate
Barry is a consultant and project manager with 20 years experience in the Information
Systems management and the consulting environments. He has a broad range of industry
and government experience, specifically: Food and Drugs, Health Care, National Defence,
Legal, Manufacturing, Education, Mining and Transportation. As a senior consultant
and project manager with LGS Group, Barry guided high profile projects and completed
several assignments to review operational effectiveness, business continuity and
risk management.
Recently he has directed Operations for a nation-wide technical support organisation,
where he developed methods and processes, and specialized in strategic planning
and statistical analysis.
Barry a strong communicator, successfully managing relations with nationally dispersed
clients and large teams comprising business users, sub-contractors and technical
staff.
Dave Butcher, CA., Associate
Dave is a Senior Business Strategist, Analyst and Project Manager with extensive
experience in the analysis, design, implementation and management of web based projects.
He has solid experience in the technology, telecommunication, transportation, manufacturing
and distribution sectors.
As a senior business analyst, IT consultant and project manager, Dave has managed
and participated in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle. He has managed
complex projects involving corporate partnerships and employees and completed numerous
project assignments including: executive strategic workshops, business and process
analysis and optimization; detailed specifications, implementation plans and training.
Paul Heel, M.B.A., M.Sc., P.Log., Associate

saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Osama Aziz, B.Comm. M.Sc. PMP., Associate
Osama is an experienced project manager and management consultant who specializes
in business process analysis and design, and information systems delivery.
As a project manager, Osama is a leader in project risk identification, quantitative
risk analysis and prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies. Osama employs
a collaborative and structured project management style which encourages project
team ownership and allows team members to reach their full potential. As a successful
deliverer of systems solutions he has in depth knowledge of testing and quality
assurance processes, user acceptance and training, and post-deployment review structures.
