ProcessModel Shipping Policy
All valid orders received before 11:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped on the same
business day. Orders received
after 11:00 AM will ship the following business day.
A valid order is an order placed by a company purchase order.
As a standard ProcessModel ships product to Canadian addresses via FedEx second
day air.
At the time of order you may request that product is shipped using an alternate
carrier. We will attempt to honour such requests, but cannot guarantee that the
order ships as requested.
Steelnet Solutions Inc. may ship products using an alternate carrier at its sole
discretion.
Steelnet Solutions Inc. will invoice the cost of shipping the product ordered according
to our established shipping rates.
All shipping charges, import taxes and fees and any other applicable fees are the
responsibility of the package recipient.
Steelnet Solutions Inc. will not, under any circumstance, accept responsibility
for any fees assessed by shipping carriers or other agencies in the delivery of
your order.
